Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Window: Oct 1, 2024 12am - Dec 31, 2024 11:59 pm 

Promotion Eligibility: To qualify for the promotion, 

• clients must pay a 30% Trip Deposit with Into the Vineyard or Into the Wilderness,
• plan a trip of 5 days or longer,
• between October 1st and December 31st, 2024. 
• This offer is not valid for previously planned or rescheduled trips. It is open to all clients – new and past/repeat travelers.

Payment Terms: A 30% Trip Deposit must be paid to secure the promotion. No reservations will be made until the 30% Trip Deposit is paid, and the trip is booked. 

Complimentary Michelin-Star Meal: Clients will receive one complimentary meal at a 1-star Michelin restaurant during their trip. The meal is included for all guests on the trip. The specific restaurant will be selected by the Into the Vineyard or Into the Wilderness planning or operations team based on their regional expertise, restaurant availability and confirmed in your final itinerary. Please note that wine and other beverages, gratuities or add-ons are not included in this offer.

Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. It is valid for the trip a 30% Trip Deposit was paid for under the client’s name during the promotional period only.

Refunds & Cancellations: If clients cancel their trip after paying their trip deposit, they lose access to the promotion. Our standard Into the Vineyard Terms & Conditions or Into the Wilderness Terms & Conditions for trip cancellations and refunds apply. Changing the trip dates or the number of passengers will allow you to keep the promotion in place.

Limited Availability: The complimentary Michelin-star meal is subject to availability based on the itinerary and destination. Substitutions of equal quality will apply if reservations at a Michelin-star restaurant are unavailable.

Promotion Expiry: The promotion is valid for all trips where a 30% Trip Deposit was paid between October 1, 2024 and December 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. Any trips with a 30% Trip Deposit paid before or after this date will not qualify for the offer.

Additional Charges: The promotion covers the cost of the meal (food) only. Any additional charges, including beverages, gratuities, or add-ons, are the client’s responsibility.

Changes to Itinerary: Any changes to the itinerary post-booking may affect the availability of the Michelin-star meal. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes may result in forfeiting this complimentary offer.

Right to Modify: Into the Vineyard and Into the Wilderness reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, except for clients with existing confirmed bookings under the promotion.

Governing Law: This promotion is governed by Into the Vineyard Terms & Conditions and/or Into the Wilderness Terms & Conditions and local laws of British Columbia apply.
